Baked Apples & Granola
4 large apples, peeled and sliced
1/4 c. honey
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. melted butter
2 c. dry granola cereal
Place apples in slow-cooker.
Combine remaining ingredients; sprinkle over apples.
Cover and cook on Low for 6 - 8 hours (or overnight), or on High for 2-3 hours.
*****this is great to serve on a breakfast buffet, or atop homemade Belgian waffles
*****my favorite way to have this... served warm with vanilla ice cream and caramel sundae topping.... yummy, yummy, yummy!!!
